The Lower Silesia Region based in Wrocław, at Plac Strzelecki 25, operates in Wrocław and in Wrocław County. The Region provides units of Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskiej with railway siding services and maintenance of railway infrastructure. We also conduct documentary supervision over all railway operations in Kogeneracja. The work is provided on the basis of an agreement signed for 3 years after winning the tender offered by PGE Kogeneracja. On top of the activities, mainly connected with servicing delivery of coal and components needed in production of heat and electricity in the power heating plants, we cooperate with Lotos Kolej and Orlen Koltrans in provision of shunting operations at the Wrocław Nadodrze station. We participate together with “B.W. Uszyńscy” in legalization of railway and bulk scales. The Region also supervises work of the Siechnice Container Terminal in cooperation with out sister company Baltic Rail.
