History
In March 2003, Rail Polska acquired two companies: ZEC TRANS Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław and PPUH Kolex Sp. z o.o. in Włosienica, purchasing 100% of
the shares in both companies. In August 2003, each of these companies was granted a license to operate railway movements and rent rolling stock.
The two licenses were the first ones granted in Poland.
On October 25th 2004, by virtue of a court approval, Rail Polska took over PPUH Kolex and ZEC TRANS. Since then, we became one merged company called Rail Polska, seated in Warsaw, with two regional branches: the South Region, based in Włosienica,
and the Lower Silesia Region, based in Wrocław.
