PRIVACY POLICY

Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.... (Official Journal of the EU L 119/1 of 4.5.2016; hereinafter "RODO"), we inform you that:

  • The administrator of your personal data is Rail Polska Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw 00-790, at 8/10 Willowa St., premises 11, activities performed by Region South, Railway Rolling Stock Plant and Railway Transport Plant

  • Personal data that is collected in the implementation of customer service

(These include name, surname, telephone, company name, nip number, e-mail address, mailing address, information about services and orders in progress)

We process data during the duration of the "contract" and after its termination if we are obliged to do so by other legal regulations. (Article 6.1.b)

  • processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the controller (Article 6(1)(c))
  • You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the compliance with the law of the processing that was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that our processing of your personal data violates the provisions of RODO and the Polish law.
  • In accordance with applicable law, your data may be made available to entities that process personal data, including, among others, those that operate the IT systems used for the purpose of implementing the Agreement, those that provide postal, legal services, with such entities processing data on the basis of an appropriate entrustment agreement and only in accordance with its instructions. Data may also be made available to entities authorized by law, including tax administration authorities or, for example, courts or law enforcement agencies – based on the relevant legal basis.
